The entry fee structure for this year's tournament is:

	Entry Fee (no early-bird rate nor late-entry rate)	$420

(The $420 tourney fee covers any number of players on a single team -- all giveaways and awards are based on 7-player teams.)


For personal checks, the bounced check fee is $75 per occurrence.

Requests for refunds must be received prior to October 31. Refunds will be made via non-certified checks drawn from the CPVC account. A fee of $75 will be deducted from each refund.

The 2007 DC tournament is offering three (3) NAGVA Championships-eligible divisions: B, BB, and Modified-AA.

A separate tournament, The 2007 DC Turkey Trot, is being held in conjunction and is offering two (2) non-championships-eligible divisions: Host City 1 and Host City 2. This is a social/league tournament being held in conjunction with the NAGVA Championships-eligible tournament. Additional details about the host city divisions are available on the Tourney Info area of this web site.

None of the divisions will be allocated any "saved" spots. The tournament organizing committee will accept/confirm paid teams (in order of receipt of payment BY DIVISION) such that the scheduling may be most efficient for the tournament staff.
